This mattress pad felt amazing immediately out of the package. It really does absorb quite a bit, with this I do not have to worry about my twins soaking through to the (very expensive) mattress underneath. I have a deeper mattress than normal, because I wanted something that would last through the daybed years. This mattress protector had no issues covering my mattress, and some of my "deep" mattress protectors can't do that! I definitely like this, and I'm so glad that I got to test this out. It comes packaged nicely and is extremely lightweight.
