This set is very compact to start out with. I like the fact that it rolls up and is so tiny! When you want to go camping, you don't want big bulky things that weigh you down, you want small, compact things.
As shown, this bag unravels quite a bit, so if you want to add more than what comes with it, you definitely have the room to! If you just want to keep this together though, it does have a very easy way to get it back down to its original size (which it snaps back to).
The credit card tool and the promotional code were the first things I pulled out of the bag. Once again, really compact! I don't think I can stress how compact everything is!
I have pictured everything that is a part of the wallet tool. There is a really nice little knife, tweezers, a toothpick, and a bottle opener that come out of it. Built into it, there is a magnifying glass, compass and two rulers. A really handy dandy little tool to have even just day-to-day!
There is also a nice little fire starter, it seems to be of really good quality. Attached is another ruler with bottle opener. I really was impressed with this so far, and I was still pulling things out!
Up next is a spoon, fork, bottle opener, wrench combo tool. It eliminates the need for multiple utensils, and I've always been more partial to sporks than a spoon OR a fork. There is a whistle also, and this didn't feel like it had the quality that the other items had. It still worked, and it felt like it would be durable, it just was so lightweight that it didn't feel real. Which, I guess is a good thing for camping, just was odd to me. You can also see a survival chainsaw, which works really well. I tested it out, and it completely decimated what I was trying to cut through. I had never used one of those before, and was quite pleased with the results.
The next thing I opened was the strap for carrying this entire thing around. It felt like it could take a pounding, and I definitely was not worried that it would withstand a camping trip or ten. I honestly think that it would last until I decided to replace the entire thing.
The very last thing I pulled out was a very nice, soft blanket/towel. I could see it being used as either. It is really large for it being so small in the little mesh bag that it comes with. I have it partially opened on my lap to show just how big it is! Someone even like me, who has the folding skill that a child could beat (at times anyway), was able to get this back into it's carrying case. The mesh case allows for it to breath when it's being contained, thus giving it a chance to dry. This is one amazing little set!
Disclaimer:This is one amazing little set! I did receive this to test and review, however, this review has been 100% my own. I really do like this, and I am so lucky to have stumbled across it!
