I love that the ingredients are clearly labeled. Some pills don’t do that, but I don’t have to worry about trying to detox my body when I can clearly see all ingredients that are included in the pill and see what it may effect my body by including it into the mix. All the ingredients though are easy to read and understand exactly what they are. I do think I did notice a difference while using this, and it was easy enough to test out, only needing 1-2 pills a day. So depending on how you were to take this, it would either be a 1-2 month supply of pills meant to help detox the body.

CoolStream Speaker Review

This CoolStream speaker has a really cool design. The front is concave and the shape is an oval. From the front to the back it has a slant, so you get the feeling that this is propped up. There are rubberized feet on the bottom to prevent slipping. In the back is where you plug your cords, whether it be to charge the speaker, connect via USB or directly from another music source, such as an iPod. The top of the CoolStream speaker has several buttons: Power, Phone, Status Indicator, Mode, Previous/Rewind, Play/Pause, Next/Forward, Decrease Volume, and Increase Volume.

Charging this is pretty simple, you just hook it up to a power source and let it charge until it reaches full battery. It usually takes about 2 hours to charge and then you have a 4 hour battery life. Nice trade-off in my opinion.

To turn this CoolStream on/off, you just press the Power button for 3 seconds. Then you can either play your music via Bluetooth, memory card, USB, an external source and you can also make calls with this speaker. The instructions that you receive are really clear exactly how to do each different one.

The sound quality is pretty nice, even when I have louder songs/music on, this has handled that with no problems whatsoever. The sound is pretty clear most of the time, and only has issues if I go outside of the Bluetooth range when I’m using my phone to play music.

Overall, I have liked using this so far, and I do enjoy having it. It has a pretty nice life for a battery, even when I have my music going louder than necessary. It does have a good sound quality, so I’m pretty happy all around.

Tea Tree SimplyEarth Review

Tea Tree oil is normally not something I care for. The scent is usually very over-powering. This however I can waft to my nose and it doesn’t burn. So I’m really happy over that. This essential oil has so many uses, and it is included in a lot of different beauty products.

Some common uses for Tea Tree Oil

1. Reduces and helps with rashes, infections and acne.


2. Can be used in kitchen cleaning supplies.


3. Not only can it be used in the kitchen, it can be used to help clean your entire home.


4. Sunburns. No getting around them, sunburns can really be a pain. This helps sooth and heal the skin.


5. Fleas. Fleas are no fun either, and a little bit of this keeps them away.


6. Tea Tree can remove mildew from clothing, so if they stay damp longer than they’re supposed to… This can help salvage them.

Tea Tree oil is great for your skin and for your house, and even your pets. There are easily more uses for this essential oil, which you can check out on this site HERE. This is definitely one essential oil that is good to have, even if you’re like me and tend to shy away from it because you don’t like the smell. This particular brand of essential oil didn’t change my mind to this oil, but it does make it nice enough that I can use it for its intended purposes, instead of getting an instant headache just from opening the amber bottle.

HealthyWiser pH Test Strips Review

These test strips are quite easy to use. You just spit into a spoon, dip the HealthyWiser pH test strip in the saliva, wait 15 seconds and then match it up to the closest color combo. You can see this in my demo below, where I test my husband’s spit, my own spit, and a glass of water.

I will say, the container was a little bit difficult to open at first, but with some wiggling it did open. Be careful when opening to not send the HealthyWiser pH test strips flying everywhere.

When you’re done with the strips, you can just throw them away. There are so many, so you can get a really accurate reading of your pH throughout the day for a long period of time. It is recommended to do this at least 2 hours after a meal however.

Children's Art Set 53 Pieces Review

I really like this little art set. There are markers, pencils, oil pastels, and even a mechanical pencil. I think the part I like the most honestly is the mechanical pencil, it’s something I always seem to have a short supply of and it’s the first time I’ve seen it included in an art set. The box itself is very brightly colored and eye-catching, definitely appealing towards those at a younger age (in comparison to the plain black one that I had gotten elsewhere previously).

This set comes with: 12 felt-tip color pens, 12 color pencils, 12 oil pastels, 8 color changers, 4 highlighters, 1 ruler, 1 eraser, 1 sharpener, 1 mechanical pencil and 1 refill of mechanical pencil lead. There are two trays, the top tray holds the color pens, color changers, and ruler. The bottom tray has the color pencils, oil pastels, highlighters, eraser, sharpener, mechanical pencil and refill of mechanical pencil lead.

The pencils come pre-sharpened. The oil pastels are blunt on both ends. The markers are very fine tiped, and give a ton of color with a very light pressure used.

Overall, I do greatly like this set, and I think this is perfect for young budding artists. I do recommend this set, just a caution with the markers. If you get it on your fingers, it will stain. I’ve washed my hands several times now and the marker is still showing up quite clearly on my hand.

Zubels for the Holidays Review

These toys from Zubels are so cute. The knit is extremely tight and even on them, I was really impressed. The label that comes with it says 100% hand knit, and that honestly shocks me. I know I would never be able to knit this tightly, nor this evenly. I’m lucky if I can knit anything at all! This is very soft and lightweight, a perfect cuddle buddy. I really am impressed with this, it is perfect way to have a toy soldier during the holidays with little ones without worrying about it shattering.

I did receive three little toys from Zubels. There is a red toy soldier, a miniature Santa, and a reindeer. The toy soldier and the reindeer are about the same size, and a very good size for what would normally be called a doll. The Santa on the other hand fits in the palm of my hand. Santa feels like he weighs the most though, he definitely is the most solid feeling of the bunch. The toy soldier and the reindeer move freely and feel very lightweight.

Even after my twins played with them for hours, every single one of them still looked amazing. They did get a little dirty but cleaning them up was a cinch.

I really am impressed by these toys by Zubels, they are cute and positively perfect! Perfect for the holidays but also as a year around toy, because what little kid doesn’t like playing with toy soldiers and reindeer? These definitely were made to last.

Twins and Time: A Better 2016

Another year, another “where did the time go? The year was just starting like… yesterday?” With twins, or multiples in general (whether by one birth or more), that year can seem even quicker than ever before. So I just wanted to give a few tips and tricks on how to slow down the time, even when you have 4 (or more!) little hands trying to pull you along ever faster.

Below I will talk about a few tips that I have come up that I will personally try to do next year, 2016, with my own twins. Let me know what you think after you’ve read them all!

Sing that silly song

Singing may not seem a lot to you, but it sure does to your little ones. They love it when I sing a silly song with them. The giggles, the laughs, those are what make a silly song amazing. You don’t even have to sing an actual silly song, made up on the spot ones work just as well. Tongue twisters are also good to do, although your little ones might have a little bit of a hard time with it. When I do the flea, the fly and the flew, my twins crack up. Of course it helps that I’m making silly faces and concentrating trying to get it right, but I would suggest taking the time to do something silly daily if you can, it makes the day so much fun! For those who don’t know, this is the tongue twister that I like to say: “A flea, a fly, and a flew. They were in prison so what could they do? Said the flea “let us fly!,” said the fly “let us flea!,” so they flew through a slot in the flew!“

Read a bed time story

Bed time stories are crucial. I know that on the days that I don’t read a bed time story to my twins, they definitely have a lot harder time getting to sleep. Now, with twins, or even more, juggling the little bodies on your lap while still trying to read a story can be a little daunting. Don’t give up! It is possible, it just takes a lot, and a lot more still, practice. Try to mix up the stories, don’t read the same one every night if you can. There will most likely be favorites, but if you mix it up not only do you keep their attention because they want to know what is going to happen next, but you also are helping to increase their vocabulary. Something I know I enjoyed when I was little, that I soon will start incorporating into my everyday (or every night) bed time routine is doing made up stories. This is also my guide to myself, so, I just wanted to put that out there. Made up stories were amazing, when I helped my mom make up stories princesses would rescue dragons, there was a never ending supply of kittens, or a little girl who resembled me would go on all kinds of adventures. Made up stories mean the most to kids, or at least they did to me. They have an extremely personal feel to them, and your kids will appreciate your efforts to give them a made up bed time story.

 Go on walks everyday

I don’t know what it is, but going on walks with my twins is extremely calming. They get happy, they love the movement and air, and I get some exercise. I love listening to their chatter as we walk. Right now, we aren’t walking, I’m walking and pushing a stroller, but that helps me get my exercise. Bonding over exercise, and getting some controlled exercise, are a wonderful thing to add to your daily routine if you can. It certainly has helped me to feel closer to my twins, and my goal for the next year is to take walks everyday (weather permitting).

Spend one-on-one time with each kid

Twins definitely need some one-on-one time. There are a lot of things I do with both of them, but there are times when they definitely need some individual attention. No, I’m not meaning during changing time, changing one at a time (although that is definitely recommended!). I’m talking about, mommy spending some time with one while daddy spends the time with the other. Most children get at least a bit of individual attention from their parents since they’re the only one born at the time, but with twins, they’re sharing things from the get-go. So it is crucial to give the twins some bonding time by themselves with you, I know my twins definitely enjoy the one-on-one sessions!

Go visit grandparents

Grandparents aren’t getting any younger, so make the most of time with them. I know whenever we visit my parents, everyone is happy to see each other. And we only live 10 minutes away! Time with relatives is extremely precious, and I have seen this first hand whenever we visit my in-laws. Incorporate grandparents into memory building activities, such as the reading of the bed time story, or pictures, or even have them craft up their own e-mail.

Take pictures

Pictures are so crucial. You blink and they’re already having another birthday. Where did the time go? With pictures, you won’t get everything, but you will get a lot of what happened in life capture. Paired with my suggestion of doing a weekly e-mail (see below), do a weekly picture. One of each twin or multiple, one of them together, and one of the family. That helps build a solid relationship and lets them see how they have grown throughout the years. I know I am always fascinated by those parents who take a picture of their kid every day, and next year, I plan on stepping up to that plate! Let me know if you’re joining me in on this!

Do a weekly e-mail

 

This is something I saw a while back somewhere but can’t remember where. If you do a weekly e-mail, or more if something extraordinary happens, then years later you can look back and see what exactly you did. Add pictures, do something funky with them. You can treat it like a journal, or you can do more of a recap. Get your kids involved though, have them help you write stuff down, throughout the week make a list of what you want to write about. Pictures and text, especially ones that you’ve made, can bring back memories and other things quicker than you would think. This would also be good to send to them so they can see it in the future, see all the fun that they had when they were little.

Make some arts and crafts

It really is silly, how making arts and crafts together can impact someone, even years later. The pride that they feel that their art was on the fridge, or the sense of accomplishment? Those things are so easy to give to your kids, just by acknowledging that they did a good job. You also get that warm fuzzy feeling seeing them have such a fun time (and who’s to say parents can’t have fun doing arts and crafts too?). Painting, drawing, pipe cleaners or popsicle sticks, the fun can be endless. See what you can find around the house to make into an art project, that box from Amazon makes an amazing fortress and those rolls of toilet paper once they’re used make amazing lightsabers. The sky is honestly the limit to the crafts you can make.

 I guess, looking up at my tips, that I’m not so much giving tips on how slow down time, but to enjoy it. Enjoy it while they’re young, because one day they’re going to be old, and you older, and those memories will be all that you have left. So go out, sing that silly song with gusto, have that tickle fight! Make the most of memories, for time is all too short!

Christmas Mug Review

This is a super adorable Christmas mug. The colors are bright and vivid, standing out, one against another. The lines feel like they are etched on, you can feel the black outline of Santa as you run your finger across this.

This comes in a very cute and quaint little package, the colors make it seem like something from when my parents were little. Warm, welcoming and it really just has an older, many years ago look to it.

The Christmas mug itself is medium sized, I would recommend if you use a k-cup machine to use the medium setting. That seems to work best for me.

There is one Santa on each side of the mug, which is a bonus for someone like me, who is left-handed. I usually don’t get to enjoy decorated mugs because they tend to cater to the right-handed world. This allows me though to see jolly ol’ Saint Nick himself as I’m sipping a cup of hot cocoa.

This mug does seem to be a regular mug with a beautiful and vibrant etched Santa on a red background with white snowflakes falling. This is quickly becoming my favorite mug to reach out for, especially as the holidays grow closer and the days grow colder.

Overall, yes I do really like this mug, it is the perfect mug to sip out of, especially when drinking hot cocoa, which is a favorite holiday drink that brings warmth and feelings of happiness.

MEDca Sleep Mask Ear Plug Review

This MEDca sleep mask and ear plug set is a really nice combo. Not only do you have the sleep mask blocking out the light with the flap at the bottom forming over the bridge of the nose, but you have ear plugs that can be stored in the head strap. The ear plugs do a pretty good job at blocking out the sound. So when you have both in, it takes a lot to get you to wake up if you decide to take a nap. I like to attempt to just rest my eyes and ears for a bit, give myself a sort of zen moment. I am a pretty light sleeper though, so a simple shrug on the shoulder or an alarm that has vibrate tends to wake me up. So without the light and noise making me wake up constantly when I do use this to sleep, I sleep longer and better.

The strap that the ear plugs reside in when not in use is extremely stretchy. The MEDca sleep mask has an adjustable strap too, which is really nice. Towards the middle of the strap, there is a place where you can adjust the strap via Velcro. This is nice because if my husband wants to use this for a quick nap during the day, he can adjust it to fit his head, and then I want to use it again it is super easy and quick to put it back to a setting that works for me.

So, overall I really like this, and I’m pretty sure that my husband does too, since I seem to have to adjust it more than I thought I would.

MEDca Sleep Mask Ear Plug Review

Simply Earth Lemon

The Simply Earth Lemon essential oil smells amazing. If you want a clean scent to your house, I would suggest diffusing this for an hour or two. This almost smells like a lemon head, which I never would have thought an essential oil would smell like a piece of candy before I sniffed a lemon essential oil for the first time. The Simply Earth Lemon essential oil is no different. It very much reminds me of a piece of candy if I waft the scent from the bottle to my nose.

However, when you diffuse this, it at least to me smells more like cleaner, which is a scent that brings forth strong images in my mind of a house sparkling with exuberant cleanness. I actually got to test this out really well this past week, I left something in the oven a bit too long and it was very smoky, and well, stinky. When I diffused the Simply Earth Lemon essential oil, not only did the smell go away a lot quicker than if I just opened the windows, but the entire house smelled lemony fresh.

Lemon essential oil is one of those oils you want to limit diffusing in excess however, because too much exposure to lemon essential oil, like Simply Earth Lemon essential oil, can cause a sensitivity to the sun. I haven’t noticed this, but I do want to caution. I don’t diffuse this on a regular basis for that exact reason.

Overall, I’ve been pretty pleased with this Simply Earth Lemon essential oil, and I think that it works well in my house, especially when I leave something in the oven too long and make my entire house stink…

Exercise Ball - the Forever Flex

This is truly a sturdy exercise ball. The exercise ball from Forever Flex, the Live Infinity, is an exercise ball that is perfect for recreational use or just for improving balance. I like to use this when I’m sitting at the desk or table, it helps keep my core tighter.

Airing up this beast can be a little daunting. Even between my husband and I it took a solid 20 minutes. A little trick for this. Air this up with your lungs like you would a balloon, it is something we should have done. Something my husband thought to do after we had been trying for 10 minutes. 3 minutes of blowing air into it, and it was most of the way aired after that, just needed 7 more minutes of pumping and trying to get the plug in before it deflated too much to get it to the desired tension.

Sitting on the exercise ball is no easy task for those who are vertically challenged, aka clumsy. My husband and I both have issues with balance, it didn’t help that the first time either of us tried to sit on this we were both in stitches laughing. Getting used to it though came quickly. I actually enjoy using this as a chair, it forces me to sit up straight and it’s actually comfortable to sit on. Also, I can roll where I want to go.

When I’m not sitting on this, my twins love to play with this. They bat it back and forth. Also, this ball is incredibly bouncy, it is able to clear three feet without any effort, a simple toss will get that. Applying force makes the ball rocket into the air, much to the giggles and delight of my twins.

Overall, I really enjoy this. It is a pain to get it aired up but it holds the air well. It also is good for more than just exercise and improving balance, it is something my twins love, a big bouncy ball.

Is this a miracle? No, I don’t think so. If you can stay on it though, I do believe you will see results. Even taking this sporadically, I have lost 5 lbs in just taking this over a matter of weeks. I have not really changed anything else. I started at 230 and weighed myself this morning and was 224. I definitely think if I was taking this every day the recommended times per day that number would be greater, so for my forgetfulness, this works pretty well. These do have a little bit of an after taste I’ve noticed at times, especially if you leave it in your mouth a moment or two long. I do think this works to help boost weight loss, I mean I do see the numbers shrinking. The results are slow and steady though, which is healthier than loosing a ton of weight. I do like this, and while I was doing the whole slow and steady thing, I was expecting a little bit more than I did lose. It’s a great way to not have to diet and still lose weight, although better results would have most likely been seen if I had dieted alongside using this.

If you are wanting to lose weight, I imagine you would see about the same results as I did if you were sporadic about using this. However, if you stuck to it daily, I think you would get better results. I was hoping for better results than I got, but I do think what I did receive was adequate. Definitely though, starting out, take half the recommended dose and work up after a day or two, your body won’t like going in too fast (trust me on this one…).

9 Piece Soap Review

This is a really strong smelling soap upon arrival. The soaps do have individual scents, but they do seem to blend a little bit together. I know smelling them together for too long gives me a headache, but individually they are actually quite pleasant. I think my nose just doesn’t know what to do when there are so many scents rushing to make themselves known.

This comes in an extremely cute little box, with a magnetic clasp. At least I assume it’s magnetic, it acts like it and I am not going to take it apart to find out! After you open that, you will get the rush of scents to your nose, but the rush is at its highest when you cut the little seal on the paper and fold the paper back. Your eyes will also be delighted by the arrangement, there are 9 pieces of soap loose in the box, but the way they are arranged they don’t really move. The paper and seal also made sure that they didn’t move out of place. So you see 9 pieces of soap arranged in the box.

Each piece of soap is actually a lot bigger than I was expecting. A bar of soap should last a household quite a while, and since there are 9, that means every room that needs soap can have a bar, and you’ll still have some left over! That is, unless you have a house that has more than 9 in combination of bathroom, kitchen and possibly laundry room. Overall, the soap seems do well at cleaning and it does smell pleasant when you take a piece out by itself. The biggest reason I am docking one star is the fact that when you first open it, and for a few days after separating them, they still have a very strong scent. The scent of the soap does become more mild after a few days but it still is quite heavy before then.

Christmas Molds Review

Christmas time is a time for fun and laughter. It's a time for making unique things to give to others. What better way to do that than to use these molds to make your own personal chocolates or ice cubes. You can use the trays to freeze either water or chocolate, there really isn't a limit to things you can freeze with these. Especially the bigger blue ones, they hold quite a bit! I would suggest putting these at half to two thirds full when you are filing it so that way you don't have an overflow. Clean up with these is a breeze since they're silicone. I love these, and I love the fact that I can have frozen milk pieces that are so festive looking, it is just perfect for the holidays!

Click n' Play Saxophone and Trumpet Review

In the video I show how the instruments both sound and give a little demo of a song. There are 4 buttons on the trumpet. When one button is pressed, you get a single note. You can press, 2, 3 or even all 4 buttons to get a sound that is each pitch separately combined. I was somewhat confused on the trumpet, it had not only 4 buttons instead of 4, but the hole for your finger on the top should have been in front of the buttons instead of behind them. It would make sense if there were 3 buttons for the pinky to anchor, but since there are 4 buttons that hole is somewhat useless. Other than that, it does give off a rather clear sound.

The saxophone has 8 different buttons and a place for the left thumb on the back of the instrument. This one felt more true to the instrument with utilizing 8 buttons. It also allows for a more complex song to be played since you have an entire octave to mess around in. I personally enjoyed playing this one.

I think this is a great way to start out with win instruments, because it teaches that certain fingers make different sounds and also a somewhat lose way to hold the instruments. These are reed instruments though, they resemble a kazoo. You can add voice to them while blowing to give them a different sound, something I didn't show in the video. I definitely know that toddlers enjoy playing this, and it gets them interested in music, which I love. I do recommend this, just know that they aren't entirely true to the actual instruments in design or shape.

GenteckInc Sports Headphones Review

I really can see nothing but good about these headphones. They are extremely comfy first off. Like, wear them for hours comfy. Second off, they fit well around the head, not too lose and not too tight, and with room either way for heads larger and smaller. Something I was impressed with was the fact that the top part of the ear piece did not touch the top of my hear, unlike other hook headphones (it's amazing how the absence of something can really stand out sometimes). The sound quality, from the moment of pairing to when it needed charged, was superb. It has an extremely high quality sound quality. I'm most pleased with it, it brings out all aspects of the music. It is also really easy to pair, it did not take any time at all to pair, and it has a decent range so I don't have to worry about losing signal if I move a smidgen too far away. This blocks out a large portion of outside noises, which is nice if you are wanting this for sports, because those outside noises can easily become a distraction. Not so with these headphones, they easily handle even louder noises, quieting them to the point they are almost nonexistent. Finally, the volume and the other controls are on the right side of the headphones. I like the fact that I don't have to remember which side has volume and which one powers the headphones, having everything on one side makes it easy to do everything you might to do with your headphones one-handed.

Pros:

*Does not touch top part of ears like most ear hook headphones
*High quality sound quality
*Easy to pair
*Blocks out a large portion of outside sounds
*volume and controls all on side

I cannot actually find a single thing that I don't like about these headphones. I would highly recommend them, not just for sports, but for everyday use, these headphones aren't going anywhere unless you want them to.

MatchaDNA Matcha Bowl Review

This is a super cute, super functional bowl. I love everything Japanese, so when the sticker on the side boldly proclaims it's made in Japan, as well as the Japan stamp on the bottom, I get all sorts of giddy. This bowl is the perfect bowl for matcha in my opinion. It's tall enough so that when you're whisking it, it won't slosh out the top. It also has a thin edge, so whether you're serving or drinking straight from the bowl you don't have to worry about there being any spilling or issues. I love this little bowl, and I've found that this also is good for soup (I've only done warm soup, not steaming hot). I love this little bowl, and I love having something actually for my matcha now to drink!

Majestic Bombay Stainless Steal Cuticle Pusher Review

My cuticles are horrendous. There, I said it. So when I tried this out, I was a little nervous. It pushed my cuticles rather effortlessly, and it didn't hurt near like I thought I did. I honestly think it was just because that skin plain isn't used to being moved around. With this, I was able to see the full beauty of my nail. I have no complaints about this, this is truly a nice little cuticle pusher, it seems like I never will have to worry about it breaking, as sturdy as it is. I love how each side has a different shape and it's great for things besides pushing cuticles, a flat edge and a scoop are always handy in all kinds of situations.

32.8 Feet LED Lights Oakleaf Review

These are some really bright lights. And the fact that they're flexible and small means that they can go just about anywhere. They don't really heat up, even after using them for a while. They are super bright, and I am really pleased with them. I know come Christmas time, these will be perfect for adorning the long hallway, they are mystical looking and make everything lit, while still feeling extremely cozy. I love the way this lights things up, giving it a soft glow. This will be the first Christmas for my twins were they will better understand what is going on, and already, the lights and music are entertaining them. I showed this to them and they clapped with glee, they loved how small it was yet how bright it was. Truly enjoy using these, and I know they will make for a festive flair in my hallway.

Ball Room Dancing DVD Set

I imagine if you're looking at this, you're speculating learning how to ball room dance. So you are probably pretty much how I was when I came across this. My dancing ability was waving my arms around and hoping nobody would notice me. However, if you want to go to a wedding it might be good to learn how to dance. It is a thick case, and comes with 7 DVDs. Each DVD has 2 hours of video, so there is lots and lots of practicing dancing. The casing does remind me of Smallville, or any seasonal set. Each section has 1 DVD, which I was kind of perplexed about this. I wouldn't say I've mastered ball room dancing, but I do think I'm competent enough now not to look like an idiot. It's a nice little set, it's got a nice pace. It does feel like it's dragging (of course that could be the fact that I keep pausing it). It has helped me a lot, and if you're like me (dancing skill is waving hands around even at weddings). I decided to take the plunge and I tried out this set so now I'm dancing at least adequately.

Dance Lessons DVD Set Review

Do YOU think you can dance? If you're like me, not only do you have two left feet, you have two left feet and one has some issues. This little DVD set walks you through and teaches you 4 different styles of dance. It's got step by step dance lessons. Even if you're like me and the worst dancer ever, you could probably learn a thing or two from this. It's like a regular DVD. It does have two fliers, one for thanking you and one letting you know other DVDs that would be available for purchase. This is a nice set for wanting to learn, or if you want to brush up on your dancing. For what it's worth, I recommend giving it a go. Now, I dance like I'm just someone with two left feet instead of one that is stumpy.

Primary Health Sports Compression Socks Review

These are some extremely comfy socks. I have rather large calves, so I went with the large, even though my feet fit in the medium range. The socks fit perfectly! They were a bit difficult to get on at first, but that's like any other compression sock I have tried (and I have tried plenty since I swelled up like a balloon during pregnancy). The socks hugged my calves, and the heel fit exactly where it was supposed to. I have not had a single complaint about these, and they're perfect for keeping my feet and legs warm and I haven't lost circulation while wearing these, which is amazing! I totally would recommend these, I imagine that the stretching wouldn't be what it would with regular-sized calves,  but they fit my (19 inch) calves beautifully.
