Greenwald's Carpet & Fabric Stain Remover Kit Review

I have twin babies. I have a cat. There are going to be stains in my carpet. Especially when baby food is being introduced and the only place that isn't carpeted is the bathroom. They're NOT going to eat in there.

This is not good when I am currently in the process of trying to move. I need something that I know will take the stains out. This does just that. I am currently living in an apartment that had new carpet put in right before we moved in, and I don't want to lose my deposit so I'm doing everything I can to make sure that I get it back.

This has been working like a charm to get stains out, and the carpet is now looking more and more like it did when we moved in! This bottle is going to last me a long time, and then I think that I still have 5 things of it left, and I know this is going to last me for years (unless my twins or cat leave more stains than they do currently in the future).

You can check out this carpet and fabric stain remover kit HERE.

The Gatekeeper's Trilogy Review

I just want to start out by saying, I had gotten the first two books of the trilogy prior to this, so I already knew that I liked it. I jumped at the chance though to get a copy of the third book for free. I groaned with the first one as I read the last lines, and I went ahead and got the second book because I just had to know what happened next. I had not gotten the third book because, at the time, life happened. Finals were coming up and I put my focus towards my academic reading, forgetting for a while about this. I came across this promotion though from Tomoson, and I immediately signed up for the opportunity. There is plenty of action in this story to keep even my friends interested in this book, and enough of the paranormal to keep me enraptured with it. Rereading it, I loved it just as much the first time, and I do plan on getting the last books in the series. The author had originally wanted to just do a trilogy, but due to high demand, had expanded the series.

You can check out these books on the author's website HERE.

Greenwald's Citrus All Purpose Cleaner Review

This is a set of 6 refills for Greenwald's all purpose cleaner, and I love that they sell the refills by themselves without having to buy another bottle. I had gotten the kit and while I like the fact that I have one bottle for my all purpose cleaner, getting refills just by themselves is nice. This does make for a very pleasant smelling cleaner, and it really cuts through grime. I have used this all purpose cleaner all over my apartment as I am in the process of moving into a house. Because of the Greenwald products I feel that my apartment is now cleaner than when I first moved in!

Even after using it for several weeks, I still have not exhausted one bottle, and I have given my apartment a thorough head-to-toe cleaning. I definitely think this is something that is useful for any household! If by some chance you do run out of the entire 6, I can't see that happening anytime before a year, unless you clean your entire living space daily.

You can check out this cleaner HERE.

Falcon Zero F170 Review

I want to post some of the stuff that this little dash cam has according to their Amazon website.

  • Auto Record
  • GPS Tracking
  • G - Sensor
  • TrueHD 1080p
  • Loop Recording
  • Motion Sensor
  • Parking Security
  • Night Vision
  • Wide Angle Lens
  • Ultra HD Photo
  • Wide Dimension Range (WDR)
  • 2.7 in LCD
  • Plate Log
  • SD Card (Included)
  • HDMI 1.3 Output
I could not wait to test this out! This dash cam is cute, compact, and it works. I haven't been able to get it to start when the engine starts, but the fact that this has loop recording makes it ok for me to just let it run. It does turn on when it is plugged in, so all I have to do is plug in the charger to my car, which I use almost every time we go out because my phone is either in need of a charge or I'm wanting to prevent it from needing a charge while I'm out and about. I do want to say that I was using a different power adapter than what came in the box, I have one that has 4 USB slots versus the two slots that this came with. This could be why it does not automatically turn on while driving.

The photos that I am showing you are all completely unedited, I just snapped the picture after getting it into focus. The first photo shows all the pieces that come with it, all the cords, the SD card, the actual dash cam, the mounts, and the GPS.

The second photo is a close-up of the lens for the dash cam. You can see how sleek and shiny it is, it looks quite well made. The feel of it in my hand is also substantial, I was not expecting it to weigh as much as it did.

The third photo shows off the bottom of the dash cam, where the MIC is located, as well as where you put the SD card and if you were to plug in a HDMI cord. You can also see the quality check sticker as well as another sticker with the year.

The fourth photo shows the power port, as well as the hole that you put the mount in. On the right is where you plug the GPS into.

The fifth photo shows the 2.7" LCD screen. I kept the protective cover on the screen, which is why you see the bubbles. The buttons on the left are the "Mode," "Ok," and "Menu" buttons. On the right the buttons are an up arrow, the power button, and the down arrow.

The sixth photo shows the dash cam off and where it is located on my windshield.

The seventh photo shows the dash cam in action (finally woot woot!). The screen is pretty clear even with the protective cover still on it. And I still had the protective cover on the lens when I took this picture, the dash cam still appeared really clear to me.

This camera does work really well, and I feel very safe while using this. I had been in a hit and run while I was pregnant, and before that I had thought dash cams were not a necessity, that they were actually silly. I was more worried about protecting my twins (which I had just found out I was carrying twins, literally the day before) to focus long enough to get the license plate number. Don't be put in a situation like I was, this is definitely an item that is a "better safe than sorry" item. Now, I'm no longer carrying them in my belly, but almost every car trip I'm in, they're in the back seat. I need that extra protection, not only for me, but for them.

You can check out this amazing dash cam on Amazon HERE.

FlashBright LED Bike Light Review

This was very easy to mount to my bike (and unmount). The operation of this is easy to use (my twin boys were able to operate it). This little light has definitely been put to the test this last week, I had unmounted if from my bike to let me mom use for her ride across the state in a weeklong biking event. She definitely enjoyed using it.
The light has a couple of different modes, both of which are quite eye-catching and bright. You can also concentrate the brightness from a wide area to a very small area.

The feel is very durable, the plastic feels to be of high quality. I doubt this will break or have any issues anytime in the near future, I really feel that I can depend on it.

The extra little red light is a very nice bonus, I had already had one on my bike but I switched it over to test it out. This works pretty well for what I want, I honestly couldn't tell a difference between it and what I had previously.

You can find this bike light HERE on Amazon.

Reach It Grab It Review

This brings back so many memories. My grandparents had one very similar, and now I can truly appreciate something like this. When I was little I laughed because I could just bend down and scramble to get whatever needed to be got or climb up any counter to get to the top. Now, I have kids, and they are always constantly dropping things (or throwing as I suspect) to where they are just out of reach from my arm under their cribs. This has helped me out so many times in the short time I've had this, I'm able to reach binkies and toys underneath places that I used to have to contort (in a very painful manner) to reach. This is also great for putting things that I want to get out of their reach away, for now I don't have vertical climbing monkeys, only horizontal travelers. I can't look at this without thinking of my grandparents though, of my grandma's smile and my grandpa's kind gruffness. So not only this is a very useful and practical tool that I suggest everyone have, for me, it is also a way to bring up very poignant memories.

You can check out this grabber on their website HERE or on Amazon HERE.

Squeak the Mouse Plush Toy Review

I opened up the package from Amazon, and almost immediately my baby wanted to play with this. I love the fact that there are three different shirts, I love that a shirt can be changed quickly and give the little mouse a whole new appearance. The tuft of hair on the top of his head is a little bit wonky, it took a lot of teasing to get it to fluff up and I did lose a little bit on the top. Very very soft, and very cuddly. Even when my twins decided that it was a tug of war item, this held up beautifully. If you were to have only one baby playing with it, I would not question the durability. it was really cute, my twins wore themselves out so much playing that one of them actually fell asleep cuddling it. I guess he thought the little mouse was a lot better cuddle buddy than his brother! The fact that the shirts can be changed is great for me, because one of my twins is dealing with spit up. That means, when a little spit up gets on the shirt all I have to do is switch out the shirt for another one and just clean the first shirt that had been spit up on. I like this mouse, my boys like this mouse, and the fact that they liked the mouse makes the mouse 10 times better in my eyes.

Sandalwood Beard Comb Review

This definitely groomed my man's beard, he has really thick, coarse and squiggly hair for his beard, and he either has to keep it cropped short, look like a woodsman, or attempt to comb it and look slightly less like a woodsman. Those were his options before he tried this, he used this and the first time he finished his beard looked amazing. It wasn't like it was arrow straight, but it looked tamed and kept, instead of wild. I had him grow it out specifically to test this out, and I'm so glad I did, he really looks amazing now.

My husband said his face felt better after using this too, he sometimes itches, but after using this he said he didn't feel the urge to scratch his beard.

This comb does have a scent to it, I do want to mention that. It is not unpleasant, it just took me by surprise that it would have such a distinct scent. But I really should have expected it with the name Sandalwood Comb.

You can find this beard comb on Amazon HERE.

Mega Mesh Premium Magnetic Screen Door Review

Super, super easy instillation. I wanted to wait a little bit to write my review to see how well this held up. So far, I haven't had any issues whatsoever. This is the peak season for me to test this out, there are bugs, bugs, and even MORE bugs. The dillema is I like to save a little money on heating and cooling, and in the summertime I like to have my windows open, and my doors. The amount of time it takes to go through a door, opening it and closing it, can let in more flies and bugs than I would like.

Installation: It's really quite simple, you just use thumb tacks to keep it up. I suggest using a few nails just for extra protection, that is what I personally did. Make sure to read the instructions though, I found that they were quite simple (or at least simple enough that I could do this by myself). I would suggest cleaning the door frame for any substances (I would say just dust but in my house, with twins, who knows what all is where).

Durability: I have twin boys, so they aren't the gentlest on things. It seems one of their motto's is "full speed ahead" while the other likes to pick at things. This has withstood both of them. I love that I can shoulder this while holding one (or even both!) of them and not have to worry about this getting banged up.

Ease of Use: Definitely a 5/5, as mentioned earlier, I am able to go through this hands free. It has always closed shut behind me (or whoever is going through it), which is a blessing since I usually have my hands full. One less door to shut, whether it because of me or them, is always a blessing.

You can find this magnetic screen door on their website HERE or Amazon HERE.

Soap Club 100% Natural Soap Review

I fell in love with the smell as soon as I opened my package with it inside. I got just one bar to test out, but this one bar has lasted me quite some time (it actually is still going strong!). I feel like it does get my hands really clean, while smelling nice at the same time. I almost feel like this is a luxury item, I'm so used to soaps not really making any impact in my life other than to just clean. The packaging is interesting, it looks likey use the same box for any time of soap, with a label then being added on afterwards. I really do enjoy using this soap, it definitely is my bar alone, the men in my family all laughed at me when I had let them sniff (which I am totally a-ok with!).

This arrived very quickly, and was packaged nicely. I really can not say how much I love this scent! When I use up this bar of soap, I will purchase a bunch more! Well... Maybe not a bunch, my budget is a little limited with the twins. When I ordered this on Amazon there were single bars of soap, however, I noticed that the only options now are 3 packs.

You can check out this soap HERE.

Liquid Chalk Markers Bundle w/ Chalkboard Labels Review

These write really smooth, and the color is very vivid. I like the variety of colors, and the fact that there is only one marker per color. When I order a set, I like to have either one of all one color, or only one of different colors. These have lasted quite a while, I still haven't used up any single one yet and I've been using them for a couple of weeks. I love writing messages on the window or the mirror for my family to see, and they love doing the same. It definitely has brightened up my day to see a message scrawled across the mirror, and I know my messages to my family have done the same for them. The labels stick nicely to whatever surface I have used it on (mostly wood and glass), and I love the fact that they're so easy to re-use.

You can check this set out on their website HERE or Amazon HERE.

Teething Pendant Review

This is definitely a one-baby teething necklace, I love having necklaces with multiple beads so I can entertain both of my twins at once. However, I have been able to really give this teether a good whirl after one of my boys had not one, not two, but THREE teeth come in at the same time! This has held up wonderfully, a lot better than the top of his crib has. Even with the almost constant gnawing there is hardly a mark on this teether, and it really pretty so bonus for me when wearing it. I'm not too much into the jewlery scene (mostly because I'm allergic to metal) so I love being able to rock something like this while still giving my baby some comfort when he is feeling pain.

You can check out this teething pendant on Amazon HERE or their website HERE.

LaLune Naturals Fractionated Coconut Oil Review

I have had the chance to test out many different coconut oils, and I have loved them all. I do like the packaging on this one, it is definitely eye-catching and I love the fact that it comes with a pump. Many others have not came with a pump and I find using a pump to be a lot easier on me a majority of the time. With the pump I make a lot less of a mess, I do not have to worry about capping the oil after I have gotten it on my hands, nor do I have to worry about knocking it over and losing the contents everywhere (had that happen once, I'm a klutz, it was not fun cleaning all of it up).

I love coconut oil in the fact that it is so amazing in hydrating my skin, even after one use on my lips the cracks smooth out and become less sore/noticeable. I have this one stubborn spot on my right hand between my pinky knuckle and ring finger knuckle that is almost always dry, and coconut oil has been able to soften it back up and smooth it out.

You can check out this coconut oil on Amazon HERE or their website HERE.
