Boys can play with ponies too. My twin toddlers loved having the bus and the little ponies to play with. Not only did the friendship bus allow them to work on their sharing, but the little ponies were just the right size for their little hands.
They did have a little bit of difficulty getting the ponies into and out of the bus, but that did not deter them from playing with the bus. The friendship bus was the perfect toy in itself, it has a button on the front that you can push that opens the door on the side, and it has a manual stop sign on the other. My husband did scoff at the girly colors, but I think it is perfect for them, it has wheels and it has parts that can be played with.
The little ponies as stated, are the perfect size for my toddler’s little hands. They can grasp the pony and still get their fingers around, filling them fully. Even with inevitably ending up in the mouth more than a few times, the details on the ponies have stuck and there have been no issues in that department (the one thing I was worried about).
