I honestly love the Ozeri brand. This is the first wok I’ve gotten, and it definitely is different than the pans that Ozeri has. The pans have a honeycomb texture on the bottom of the pan, whereas the wok has a smooth texture to it. Even with the smooth texture, Ozeri still gives the wok a beautiful finish and it really is non-stick. I put it to the test the other day (or should I say that my twin toddlers put it to the test). I was cooking in it, and let it sit a little too long. On other brands, I would worry that I would have had charred chicken stuck to the bottom of the pan/skillet/wok. Not so with this, it still moved freely and I did not have any charred and burnt on bits to deal with afterwards.

Below I have pictured a Thai curry with lobster. This was the perfect way to cook such a soupy meal. I did have rice cooking in a rice cooker, but this handled the Thai curry perfectly. I scored on Target that week, with 50% off lobster and about 60% off a simmer sauce for Thai curry.

Washing this was a piece of cake too. Not only did it stand up to my scatterbrained cooking, but it also was very easy to clean. No elbow grease required, just a little hot water and some soap and it was ready to go again. I definitely would recommend the Ozeri brand, this wok has just furthered my belief that they are amazing and high quality. (Keep in mind, I actually gave a skillet away as a wedding gift a few short months ago!)
