Cattae Cat Scratcher Review

This is really nice as a cat scratcher, but it also doubles as a toddler toy. There are all sorts of textures for a toddler to explore, from the bumps on the top to the slick sides. It also has varying heights and holes, perfect for little questing hands. This also is a pretty large toy, whether it be for toddlers or cats. I was able to capture the wild toddlers playing in their natural habitat, but alas, my camera has been too slow for the almighty cat. I have gotten him laying on it, but that isn't very exciting.

Because of this scratcher's size, it is a little difficult to find the perfect place for this to call home. However, I did find a spot after filming this video. It's easily within reach of the toddlers if I move a gate, but it's still separate enough that the cat can go at it without me worrying a misplaced claw might find misplace some skin. It works really well at keeping the cat from clawing up furniture, so far, every time I have caught him in the act of scratching at the floor or furniture, I just scoop him up and put him on the scratcher. He gets his scratching in, while staying on the Cattae cat scratcher, and I don't have to worry about chasing him from scratching something he shouldn't have. It's a win-win.
