This has nice rest support both the keyboard and the mouse. The memory foam feels amazing and allows me to use my computer all day without getting cramps or fatigue (eye fatigue is another story). The mouse glides across the mouse pad extremely easy. It doesn't heat up, even when it's been rested on for a long period of time. It has a comfortable sink to it, it doesn't immediately collapse but it isn't so stiff that it takes forever to conform to your arms. There is no glare, so you don't have to worry about this affecting your eyes any. It does stay put on the desk, it doesn't slip and slide, even though the desk it rests on is very slick.
