This is absolutely, positively, adorable. There are so many things going on with this toy, that it blows my mind. This toy is so simple to operate.
There is a little tab at the back of the head that you will have to pull to get it to play the music. Just be warned, when you first pull that little tab out, or at least when I pulled the tab out, the toy immediately started playing music. To turn the music on and off, there is a button on the side of the head with a little music note, you just press it once to turn it on, and once more to turn it off. It does seem to randomly do different songs each time you press it, at least I haven't noticed a pattern yet (but between twins playing with this, I imagine I will soon enough).
It does move like an inchworm. You press on the middle piece straight down, and release the pressure to get it to move. It then proceeds to shoot forward, the front wheels clicking while the back wheels making a rattling noise, since it has a ton of tiny little balls that spin around inside them.
The head is a little creepy, it is able to do a complete 360, which is unnerving when you think about it. It clicks as you turn it, which just adds to the creepy factor. That's the only thing that bugs me about the toy, but I can see the appeal to little kids, not only does it move, but it makes sound. I just get creeped out watching its head do a 360 multiple times in a row.
Pros:
*Adorable
*Easy to operate
*Moves like an inchworm
*Lots of different noises and movement
Con:
*Creepy head
Overall, I highly recommend this for little ones, my twins love it. Because my twins play with it, I can safely say this toy can stand quite a bit of abuse, it has two toddlers tugging on it for Pete's sake! I do recommend it, it's a perfect toy for young ones, and not insanity driving to the older ones (I mean the parents, yeah, the parents).
